I almost never give 5 stars. Loved this one. Easy, quick & really good. I used Romas, as that's what I had, made 1/2 except used the whole ear of corn.

Very fresh. Went great with ham, cantelope and deviled eggs for Sunday lunch. Don't use canned or frozen corn...only fresh. Needs good dash of salt and pepper. Would make again. Used Santa sweet tomatoes. Make sure to have ingredients ready to go so you can pour sauce over hot pasta. Do not rinse pasta.

Absolutely delicious and perfectly showcases sweet summer corn, tomatoes and basil! I had some of the leftovers cold the next day and while it was still good, I prefer it warm. Not for those who aren't fans of garlic.

Served it for company and it was great, I did not have any Worcestershire and used balsamic vinegar as a suggestion from a friend. It was fantastic!!! Fresh tomatoes and basil and corn were the kicker!

I literally just finished eating this and it was wonderful. I'd easily put it in the top five meals I've ever made. Part because it was so freaking delicious and part because it was super easy. I goofed up and only bought one package of tortellini so I added in some bow tie pasta. I also used balsamic instead of Worcestershire because that actually just sounded better to me. Funny thing was my husband was unimpressed, but that's his problem :) It was great!

Delicious and easy! For some reason, I couldn't get my hands on cheese tortellini, so I used mini cheese ravioli instead. I also used fresh corn cut off the cobs and regular grape tomatoes. I think next time I would cut back on the olive oil...it seemed just slightly on the oily side. Definitely great for a summer evening!

This is a Great Summer Meal. I used garden tomatoes since we have so many and I also added Chicken that I marinated over night in Italian Dressing. I have never used fresh corn on the cob like this and honestly that is what made this one of my new Favorites.I can't say enough about how Good this Dish is!
