    This is amazing!! I feel like a super-star to my husband. We LOVE this pizza dough. Saute some green peppers, onions, garlic and chicken/apple sausage for a YUMMY topping.

    Just made this with my four year old grandson, and it was excellent! Didn't have a mixer or food processor to knead the dough, so we did it by hand and it turned out great. this will be my new pizza dough recipe from now on.

    Very easy to make and very good flavor. I used a heavy duty stand mixer and the dough does try to climb up the hook, so you have to keep an eye on it. I did not have bread flour, so I used regular all purpose flour. I've made it a couple of times using different toppings. My husband says it's better than anything we've ever had delivered. I use 1/2 the dough for a 14 inch thin crust pizza (my husband's preference) and keep the other half in the freezer so when we're ready for pizza, I thaw it out, top it with whatever we're in the mood for and we've got a delicious pizza. This one's a keeper.
