    I liked the flavor, but I was overwhelmed by the dried fruit! I couldn't even taste the couscous b/c of the raisins. Next time, I'll add 1/2 as much dried fruit and double the cinnamon and the walnuts.

    I made this for a breakfast food themed Cooking Light supper club. It was fast and easy and everybody liked it. I have some leftovers and it tastes great hot as well as cold.

    this is one of my favorite breakfast recipes, though since i'm making it at home i just use regular soy milk. it's great with any combo of nuts and dried fruit. it's also great leftover.
