    Thought this was just okay. It seemed to be missing something. There are so many great banana bread recipes out there...probably won't make again.

    Pretty good recipe. I liked using canola oil in place of butter. I liked using one whole egg and one egg white. I did make one substitution and one addition. In place of the flour, I used Hodgson Mill's 50/50 flour blend of whole wheat and white. And I added 30grams of finely chopped walnuts. I liked the texture, it was much better today than it was right out of the oven. But it was a little too sweet for me. I will use this recipe again, but will make it my own with some tweaking.

    This recipe is great. I used 2 packages of banana oatmeal in place of some of the flour. I did not add the salt. It was moist but not chewy. I may have to replace my mom's recipe!

    This was great, easy to make, and tasted very good. I added a bunch of spices which it really needed.
