  • 8 (1/2-inch-thick) slices baguette
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


  1. Broil baguette slices 3 minutes. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomato; sauté 2 minutes. Stir in parsley. Serve over toast.
