Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup thinly vertically sliced white onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

1. Arrange sliced tomatoes and avocado on a platter; top evenly with onion, cilantro, lemon juice, chipotle chile powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
