Tomato-Ricotta Bruschetta is our savory appetizer take on the traditional tomato sandwich. Roasted grape tomatoes are are topped toasted baguette slices.
- 1 pt. grape tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Baguette slices, toasted
- Ricotta cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- Toss together grape tomatoes, honey, olive oil, and salt on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 16 to 18 minutes. Top toasted baguette slices with ricotta cheese, roasted tomatoes, and thinly sliced fresh basil.
