How to Make It
Whisk together red pepper jelly, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, and basil; season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Fold in peaches and tomatoes. Spoon over torn butter lettuce, and top with slices of grilled chicken breast.
