Ingredients
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups no-salt-added tomato juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup canned tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Dash of black pepper
- 4 celery stalks with leaves (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Combine all ingredients except celery stalks in a blender; process until smooth. Garnish with celery stalks, if desired. Serve immediately.
