Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups no-salt-added tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup canned tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 4 celery stalks with leaves (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except celery stalks in a blender; process until smooth. Garnish with celery stalks, if desired. Serve immediately.
