Ingredients

2 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups no-salt-added tomato juice
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup canned tomato puree
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Dash of black pepper
4 celery stalks with leaves (optional)

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients except celery stalks in a blender; process until smooth. Garnish with celery stalks, if desired. Serve immediately.
