Tomato Fettuccine with Shrimp and Arugula

    This recipe is so easy and yummy. I also make it with grilled chicken breasts in place of the shrimp. I sprinkle two chicken breasts with a little garlic salt and Italian seasoning and brush on some olive oil, or cooking spray, and just grill it on the bar b que. Cut the chicken into cubes or fairly thick slices.
