Super-fast and easy. Uses staples usually on hand. My kids (4, 8, 15) all love it. Keeps well into the next day. I prefer it just warm vs cold.

The was a hit. My 15 year old daughter really liked it. I had dried dill but I think the fresh would give it a better kick.

This recipe is great *IF* you use veggie broth instead of chicken broth! The veggie broth is healthier and lighter and better. the chckn broth adds unnecessary sodium (yuck)and just doesn't flavor right! So it's healthier and tastier with the goodness of veggie broth; I use a few different brands and sometimes make myself. Enjoy!☀／★／☼
