Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons champagne vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cup cucumber slices
1/4 cup diced sweet onion

Preparation

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
