- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6-inch) Italian bread shell
- 5 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, basil, or rosemary)
- Stir together goat cheese and cream cheese; spread on bread shell. Cut into wedges; top with tomato and herbs.
