Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6-inch) Italian bread shell
  • 5 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, basil, or rosemary)

Preparation

  1. Stir together goat cheese and cream cheese; spread on bread shell. Cut into wedges; top with tomato and herbs.
