  • 1 pound chopped grape tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped capers
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped green olives
  • 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Grated zest from 1/4 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, capers, olives, onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spoon over grilled meat, chicken, or seafood.
