I gave this 5 stars because not only is it REALLY easy and quick it is REALLY good. I'm sure in part it depends on what jarred tomato sauce you choose. I used light sour cream and a little more than called for.
This recipe goes with Chicken Caprese with Tomato-Basil Cream
Yield: Makes 1 cup
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream or light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Cook all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring often, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
