Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. With processor on, slowly add oil through food chute, processing until well blended. 3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, and baste with 2/3 cup sauce during grilling. Slice chicken; drizzle evenly with remaining tomato basil sauce before serving.
