Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ripe peeled avocado, seeded and diced

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well, and chill.
