1 teaspoon grated lime rind
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 ripe peeled avocado, seeded and diced


Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well, and chill.
