Worthy of a Special Occasion

Extremely easy to make and the peppery arugula went so well with the dressing! I served this with the crab cakes from the magazine, and it all went together so well. I think this would be a good salad for a dinner party. The dressing was so good that I have made it for everyday salads that I throw together.
