Tomato-and-Corn Pizza

    We loved this pizza. It's a great hot summer evening meal. I made a whole-wheat homemade crust, had homemade pesto on hand, corn from the farmers' market and tomatoes and basil from my garden. Delicious, healthy meal.

    This pizza is delicious! So different and so good. I used one ear of corn,left out the sugar and also baked it two extra minutes. Make sure to use fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. I'm off to the store tomorrow for more ingredients! The family raved about it.

    unusual combination for a pizza, but turned out quite yummy, I used the whole cob of corn , so it was a bit more then the recipe called for, I think I will leave out the sugar next time , the corn is sweet enough this year on it's own. Served with a tossed green salad, my husband and son liked it too.

    One of the best pizzas I have ever had! The whole family gobbled it up, too. I doubled it to feed everyone. I used Boboli's "thin" crust rather than the "original" crust which turned out really good. I'll be sharing this one with a LOT of my friends.

    This recipe is amazing! Great for using fresh summer corn, tomatoes and basil. I used homemade pizza dough for the crust.

    This was a great pizza! I made it for my family and my picky brother even liked it. I added pepperoni to the top of one just for a little meat on there but it's great on its own. Definitely try it & it's easy!!

    Amazing Pizza! I used one ear of white corn and frozen dough from Whole Foods. Better than most any restaurant pizza.

    I thought the taste was fantastic. I used a pesto sauce that had an olive oil on top to keep it moist and it made the pizza a little "juicy" so my 4 year-old would only pick off the toppings, not eat the pizza. I'd use a drier pesto next time. I might also throw in a little garlic with the corn, just to amp up the flavor. This took the full 10 minutes to cook.
