Tomatillo Salsa Salad

This salad is a great dip for low-fat tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped tomatillos (about 12)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 (4 1/2-ounce) cans sliced ripe olives, drained and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
