Ingredients
- 3 Tomatillos
- 1 Jalapeno
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
- 1/2 Red onion
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup(s) Cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 teaspoon(s) Sugar
- 1 Mango
Preparation
- Cut tomatillos into wedges. Remove seeds from jalapeno. Boil tomatillos and jalapeno in water till soft. Drain and then process with all other ingredients except mango in food processor. Cut mango into chunks. Stir into blended mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
