I parboiled the tomatillos five minutes and added garlic, cumin and another pepper. Very delicious on shrimp tacos and eggs.

From my four year old - "Mommy, what's in this that makes it SO yummy?" (asked as she's using a spoon to eat it instead of the chips). Couldn't have said it better myself - a definite keeper for us. We doubled the recipe and froze half.
