1. Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture; cut into 1/4-inch cubes.
2. Combine salad dressing and next 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until blended. Add half of tofu, mashing with the back of a large spoon. Add remaining tofu, stirring gently.
