This is very good and very easy! Quite rich.
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1 cup(s) butter (2 sticks)
- 1 bag(s) chocolate chips
- Cooking Spray
- saltine crackers
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray. Line with saltine crackers until covered. Bring to a boil 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar. Boil 3 minutes to carmelize and brown. Stir often. Pour over the saltine crackers and bake for 3 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with one large bage of melted chocolate chips, and let sit for a few minutes. Smooth over top. Refrigerate 1 hour, then break apart.
