Dress up frozen waffles with a delicious fruit sauce and easy yogurt topping.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine yogurt, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons vanilla, stirring with a whisk. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine berries and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring until smooth; stir into berry mixture. Cook 1 minute or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla, ginger, and lemon rind. Cover and keep warm.

Step 3

Toast waffles according to package directions. Serve waffles with berry sauce and yogurt mixture.
