Place salmon on a jelly roll pan lined with foil; sprinkle evenly with coriander and salt. Combine chutney and mustard in a small bowl; spread over salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
