- 1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil*
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or dried mint flakes
How to Make It
Toss together pumpkin seeds and oil. Place on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; sprinkle with oregano.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes or until crisp and browned, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container.
*Vegetable cooking spray may be substituted for vegetable oil.
