Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake pecans in a single layer in a shallow pan 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted and fragrant. Let cool 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Process pecans and remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
