How to Make It

Place mustard seeds in a small skillet; cover and place over medium heat 2 minutes or until seeds start to pop. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Place seeds in a mini-food processor, and process 2 minutes; add garlic, and process until minced. Add mayonnaise, and process until smooth.
