  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (16-oz.) pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 loaves sliced party rye

How to Make It

  1. Brown sausage and beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Add cheese and stir over low heat until melted. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon meat mixture onto rye slices by tablespoonfuls; arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese bubbles and bread is crisp.
