Tilapia with Sherry-Mushroom Sauce

    Outstanding! There was NO fishy taste whatsoever. The sauce tasted a bit like marsala wine. I used portabella mushrooms, so the flavor was ALL yummy sauce and mushroom. I'll make this regulary!

    Thought the recipe was great. Didn't have cornstarch so I used flour instead, you may need additional flour though. Made with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes. Delicious!!
