I never used quinoa before. I cooked it in chicken broth but otherwise followed the recipe to a tee. It was very good and healthy. We both enjoyed it and will make it again maybe with chicken or shrimp.

Healthy and Light. Made with Whole Wheat Couscous instead of the Quinoa as that is what I had on hand. Added garlic to the veggies and fish seasoning. Husband said "mmm!" upon first bite, its a keeper!

This recipe was tasty, healthy, and simple to make. I worried that it would be too bland, so I sprinkled some garlic pepper on the fish while it cooked as well as on the vegetables. I will definitely make this again.

A little too lemony for my tastes but my husband loved it the way it was. Couldn't use tomatoes b/c of allergy but overall good flavor and very healthy. Would make again with less lemon.

Thought this was going to be bland so I changed a few things! I used cherry tomatoes b/c thats what I had. To veggie mix I added sauteed garlic and about 1/4tsp cumin. Added a bit of chili powder along with salt & pepper on fish. Sprinkled a pinch of asiago cheese on each piece of fish. Next time may alter spices, sub lime for lemon and and avocado along with the green onions at end. It turned out yummy! I loved the texture differences. Defiantly will make again!!!

This is my recipe and to my surprise, looking at this 2 years later and reading the reviews (most noted the lack of garlic), that I didn't use garlic in the recipe. Being of Italian & Sicilian descent, I just about use garlic on everything. Anyway, good to see it received good reviews and that folks took the liberty, as did Sunset magazine and altered to their tastes.

First, I added a ton of garlic, cumin & paprika. Second, I grilled the fish with the paprika--skipped the lemon. My daughter said the talapia did not taste fishy and gave it 4 stars; my husband went for 3 stars, however, he went back for more. I am going with 3 stars because I changed up the recipe a bit. Was very easy to make.
