Super dish! I substituted white wine vinegar for wine, and added diced onions as another reader suggested. Quick, easy recipe. Looking forward to cooking it again!

Yummy, I added onions to the sauce and didn't let them cook all the way and it added a crunchy yummy element

This was as delicious as I figured it would be. Fish is always best with a simple sauce and having tried this with chicken it was even better with tilapia. Very easy and quick to make. I served it with calabacitas yum!
