This was outstanding! I'm not usually a fish fan, but I'm trying to add more to our diet, and I'll definitely make this again. I did use a full recipe of sauce for two fish fillets and half the orzo - I'd repeat that, but maybe cut the butter down to 2T instead of 3T. Served with roasted broccoli.

This is the recipe I go to when there's good tilapia from the market. It's a light but satisfying meal that I would certainly serve to company.

I thought I was at a 5-star restaurant eating this dish. Definitely a keeper. Because it is so easy to make I don't see why not make it a regular. I added about 1/2 cup more grape tomatoes and doubled the sauce and mixed it all together. I shared it with some coworkers and they too thought it was 5-star fabulous!!

This is a fantastic easy dish we've used several times. Even my seven year old daughter who refuses to eat anything that has ever swam in the ocean will eat it. Sometimes we substitute good quality flavored angel hair pasta from the farmer's market for the orzo though.

Excellent! Be careful with the lemon because I used a bit too much. I'd cut it down to 2 tablespoons instead of 3. Very clean taste and very healthy but flavorful. I served it with some steamed broccoli as a side. Very affordable ingredients too!

OK that is a dumb description - it is a very good, very easy recipe - a special occasion?? no. crown roast of lamb is for a special occasion. This is a great dish, fast and tasty - even my 13 yr old guest ate it. Might go a little lighter on the lemon juice -

We thought this was really delicious! Nice and light. I would definitely serve it to company and also have it as a staple on our dinner menu. We made it for just the 2 of us but we kept the same amount of sauce (decreased amount of butter to 1.5TB). Personally I think it needs to be served with more than just 1TB of sauce otherwise it's a little dry...1TB isn't enough for 6oz of tilapia I don't think. Flavor was wonderful. Served with orzo as suggested in the recipe but I would definitely chop the grape tomatoes next time vs. halving them - they were a little too big. All in all a delicious recipe that we will make again and again....and sooo easy !!

Excellent! I definitely recommend this recipe. I only used two pieces of tilapia and deducted one tablespoon of flour but kept everything else the same and it worked out just fine. I had a little extra sauce, though--no complaints :)

This is so delicious and easy! The sauce is perfect and we loved the contrast of the salty capers. I wouldn't change a thing.

This was outstanding. I have frozen tilapia on hand frozen in individual pieces. I really had everything on hand except the grape tomatoes. I did not really measure the flour just put a light dredging on the fish. Easy to cook and so flavorful. No need to change anything.

I have made this recipe many, many times since it first came out. I make it with frozen or fresh fish. I make it with any kind of white fish. I make it as written or I substitute sun dried tomatoes. It just always works!

Quick and easy to make, plus it taste delicious. I serve it over pasta and it was great. I substituted chicken stock for the wine, but otherwise followed the recipe. Will make again!

My family loves this and we have made it several times. I normally make about twice as much sauce as it calls for and serve with mashed potaotes rather than orzo. I love that it is quick and easy for a week night meal but is good enough to serve to guests.

Ditto on Roosevelt56's review; Simple and delish! Served with sautéed mix of squash, mushrooms and onion.

This was amazing. I'm now a convert to fish. The only changes I made were swapping lemon juice for the wine since I didn't have any in the house and doubling the capers. I'll make it the same way next time. Loved the extra lemony zing.

My husband and I both thought this was delicious. I love the lemony caper sauce. This recipe is relatively easy but not super fast; between the orzo, fish dredging and making the sauce, it all took a good 45 minutes to prepare.
