Thyme-Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Gravy

    The turkey was just OK. While moist, for all the work, not much flavor from the herbs and lemon. Also, a 15 lb. turkey took close to 4.5 hours to cook, not the 3.5 in recipe. However, the gravy was AMAZING!
