- 1 medium sweet onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 thyme sprigs
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°
- Combine ingredients in a 11-inch x 7-inch baking dish with 1 Tbsp. water. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until onions are tender and lightly browned.
