Roasting these onions is an easy task, simply combine the ingredients in baking dish and let the oven do the work.
1 medium sweet onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
4 thyme sprigs
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
Pre-heat the oven to 350°
Combine ingredients in a 11-inch x 7-inch baking dish with 1 Tbsp. water. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until onions are tender and lightly browned.
