Excellent. Try it with cinnamon on top instead of the strawberries. Love it!

Excellent - I used half and half instead of milk. Everyone loved it- will definitely make it again!

This is a good recipe, but not great. For my taste the cake was too wet. I've had Tres Leches cake many times at restaurants and I've never had so much milk juice on the bottom of the plate. The final presentation was unimpressive and the taste was okay, but not worth five stars. The second day became to mushy. I'll keep looking for a Tres Leches cake recipe.

This is not a review but the recipe sounds wonderful and would love to know of a substitution for the kahlua/coffee as i don't care for that taste. Any ideas?

I used to eat this when I was a kid and, when I tried this recipe it reminded me of when I was little!

Made this cake twice already. The first time I made it came out GREAT!Second time came out HORRIBLE!I forgot to add SUGAR!I couldn't believe it!Took me a while to find out what made it come out to be so hard.It was as hard as anything.I thought it needed more time.Added extra milk to see if it will get soft.....NOTHING!The second day it was still hard so I had to Discard the cake. Before discarding it,I needed to add water because it was sticking to the pan.Didn't know SUGAR was the main ingredient. It was a birthday cake.DISAPPOINTING BIRTHDAY CAKE!

Is the Kahlua a main ingredient in this? does it need to be in there?
