Three Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 3 c macaroni, cooked, and drained
  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4/ tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) Durkee French fried onions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine hot macaroni, soup, milk, seasonings, 1/4 cup each of Swiss, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese and 1/2 can French Fried onions. Baked covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheeses and onions; bake uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
