Three-Bean Salad


  • 16-oz. can green beans, drained
  • 16-oz. can yellow beans, drained
  • 16-oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano


  1. Mix beans and onion together in a serving bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves; pour over bean mixture. Refrigerate at least 12 hours prior to serving.
