1 ounce low fat or non fat shredded cheddar cheese
How to Make It
Rinse and chop pepper and onion; mince garlic, set aside. Coat a nonstick saucepan with cooking spray and heat on medium. Sauté onion and garlic until onions are translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Add pepper to saucepan and cook for about 2-3 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder and cumin; bring to a low boil, reduce heat and cover: simmer for at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve.
