This was the first time I made a BBQ sauce from scratch. It turned out excellently! I would definitely make it again. It is appropriate for both special occasions and everyday mealtime. I was very pleased with the results. I did, however, add 2T of brown sugar instead of the 1T. Make sure that you simmer it until it the sauce becomes thick. I served the BBQ sauce on steak, and had a side of mashed potatoes. My family loved it! Thank you.
