The Real Isley's BBQ Ham

After publishing my close-but-no-cigar recipe for Isley's BBQ ham, a friend from Pittsburgh called me with what she insists if the real recipe. Enjoy!

  • 1 pound(s) chipped, chopped ham
  • 4 tablespoon(s) vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) water
  • 4 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 8 tablespoon(s) catsup
  • dash(es) paprika


  1. Heat ham in a greased skillet. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add to skillet and simmer 5 minutes. Serve on sliced buns.
