The Lemon Ginger Blast

Ingredients

  • kale
  • 3 stalk(s) celery
  • 1 whole(s) cucumber
  • 1/2 head(s) lettuce romaine
  • 1 piece(s) fresh ginger
  • 4 whole(s) lemons
  • 1 bunch(es) cilantro

Preparation

Half Head of Romaine

Italian Parsley

3-4 Leaves of Kale

3-4 Stalks of Celery

1 Cucumber

Juice of 2-3 Lemons

Bunch of Cilantro

Large Thumb of Ginger

Directions:

Place all ingredients through a juicer and strain for smoothest results. Drink and enjoy!
