Ingredients

  • kale
  • 3 stalk(s) celery
  • 1 whole(s) cucumber
  • 1/2 head(s) lettuce romaine
  • 1 piece(s) fresh ginger
  • 4 whole(s) lemons
  • 1 bunch(es) cilantro

Preparation

  1. Half Head of Romaine
  2. Italian Parsley
  3. 3-4 Leaves of Kale
  4. 3-4 Stalks of Celery
  5. 1 Cucumber
  6. Juice of 2-3 Lemons
  7. Bunch of Cilantro
  8. Large Thumb of Ginger


  9. Directions:
  10. Place all ingredients through a juicer and strain for smoothest results. Drink and enjoy!
