- kale
- 3 stalk(s) celery
- 1 whole(s) cucumber
- 1/2 head(s) lettuce romaine
- 1 piece(s) fresh ginger
- 4 whole(s) lemons
- 1 bunch(es) cilantro
Preparation
- Half Head of Romaine
- Italian Parsley
- 3-4 Leaves of Kale
- 3-4 Stalks of Celery
- 1 Cucumber
- Juice of 2-3 Lemons
- Bunch of Cilantro
- Large Thumb of Ginger
- Directions:
- Place all ingredients through a juicer and strain for smoothest results. Drink and enjoy!
