Ingredients

1 omelet pan
6 to 12 organic free-range eggs
Local artisan cheese (such as Parmesan or goat cheese)
1 bottle extra-virgin olive oil
Mix of fresh herbs
1 dishtowel

Preparation

Pile an omelet pan with eggs, fragrant artisan cheese, and a high-quality olive oil. Add fresh herbs, for both the flavor and the bright green color. Wrap the ingredients and pan with a dishtowel.
