Very refreshing. Not too sweet, not too sour. Goes down very easily!

- 1/4 cup white grapefruit juice
- 3 tablespoons vodka
- 1 tablespoon elderflower liqueur
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lemon wheel, fresh rosemary sprig
- Combine white grapefruit juice, vodka, and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into an 8-oz. glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish, if desired.
