Celebrate the arrival of spring with The Dogwood cocktail. This citrusy beverage is mixed with grapefruit juice, vodka, and elderflower liqueur. You'll want to garnish with fragrant lemon and fresh rosemary.
Makes 1 serving
1/4 cup white grapefruit juice
3 tablespoons vodka
1 tablespoon elderflower liqueur
Garnish: lemon wheel, fresh rosemary sprig
Combine white grapefruit juice, vodka, and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into an 8-oz. glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish, if desired.
