Quarter the raw, peeled sweet potatoes lengthwise, then in 1/4 slices crosswise. Mix the butter, sugar, salt and concentrate in bowl; mix in sweet potatoes. Bake covered in an 8x8 pan at 375 for 20-30 minutes, till tender. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and continue baking uncovered for another 10 minutes or until melted.
